How to Use the Excel to PDF Tool

Navigate to the Nova Tools homepage and locate the "Excel to PDF" tool card in the Tools section. Click the card, which displays a file-excel icon and the description "Convert Excel files to PDF documents with perfect formatting," to open the Excel to PDF modal.

After clicking the tool card, a modal titled "Free Excel to PDF Converter" will appear. This modal contains an upload area for selecting an Excel file. You can close the modal by clicking the "×" button in the top-right corner or clicking outside the modal.

Click the "Choose Excel File" link in the upload area or drag and drop an Excel file (`.xlsx` or `.xls`) into it. The name of the selected file (e.g., "Selected: document.xlsx") will appear below the upload area. Only one Excel file can be selected at a time, and only `.xlsx` or `.xls` formats are supported.

Click the "Convert to PDF" button to start converting the Excel file. A progress bar will appear, showing the conversion progress for each worksheet. The button will be disabled during processing. If no file is selected or an invalid file is uploaded, an alert will prompt you to correct the issue.

After processing, the "Convert to PDF" button is replaced by a "Download PDF" button with a download icon. Click this button to download the converted PDF, named after the original file (e.g., `document.pdf` for `document.xlsx`). The modal remains open for further actions.
